MacRae Genealogy
Welcome. I have one aim for this project:
  1. Bring together people interested in the MacRae Family Genealogy so we all can learn more about our ever growing and diverse family. Of course all spelling variations of MacRae are welcome.
To work towards this goal I want to do a number of things:
  1. Create a public MacRae Genealogy database which you can improve on and download. (I've started on this, read more...)
  2. Involve and inspire you to help build this website
  3. List useful MacRae Genealogy resource. (I made a start, read more...)
  4. Offer useful MacRae Genealogy information online
  5. Make a rich website which helps you find, track and explore your MacRae roots online

This article will grow to hold the most useful resources for finding your MacRae family roots. Although this list is inevitably full of references to websites, remember that seeing official certificates with your own eyes is always the best way forward. Even the many official copies available through websites do not necessarily have as much information as the original document.
